Production System

Counter curent system has furnace in rear of the dryer. It mean wet product will face the coldest spot just after come inside to the dryer. And than gradually come inside to the dryer and the temperature will increase gradually. At the same time the moisteru content also decrease to the intended level. This system is very suitable for Guano Phosphate and NPK fertilizer. When it still wet, the product will be brought into the dryer and at the same time the granules will be compressed by a rotating motion in the dryer. So the it will increase the granule hardness. And at the same time will lowering the moisture content gradually.

The step of this production line are :

1. Raw Material come to granulator

2. Add mixtro ( water mix with natural binder, if necessary )

3. Granulated to become a granule form

4. Come to the dryer, set at themperature 250 celcius degree in front and 70 celcius degree at the rear, to lowering the moisture from 20 %

5. The product will be sieve to 2-5 mm diameter granule

6. The product come inside the drum cooler, to lowering temperature to room temperature

7. The product will be re- screen to remove all the dust and the undersize

8. Finished Product is ready to pack and ship.

9. All dust will be sucked to the dust collector system. Including cycloon, water scrubber, and chimney.

We have 2 production Line, they are named Co-Current and Counter -Current drying systems. This Both system has a different location of the furnace.

Co curent system has furnace in front of the dryer. It mean wet product will face the hottest spot just after come inside to the dryer. And than gradually come inside to the dryer and the temperature will decrease gradually. At the same time the moisteru content also decrease to the intended level. This system is very suitable for organic fertilizer. Organic vertilizer is very easy to get burned. If it ger burned, it will lowering the organic matter level. When it still wet, it meet with a very high tempeture, so the moisture will evaporate maximumly without to get burned.
